Yes, you can arrange a chat with our Group Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be happy to answer any questions you may have and/or provide a deeper insight into a position of interest.

I have a query regarding the application process/I am experiencing difficulties with the platform, who should I contact?

How do I know if I will be a good fit for the role?

We set out all essential and desirable criteria for each position on our advertisements, which will allow you to identify the skillset and experience required. Again we can provide more information to help you make this decision, via the contact mechanisms noted above.

When will I be updated on my application, following the closing date?

Although this can vary, we aim to respond to all applicants within 7 days of a vacancy closing.

I am unable to attend the proposed interview date and time, what should I do?

Please make contact with the sender who has issued the invite to interview invitation, to explain your situation, and they will endeavour to accommodate you, if possible.
