Henderson Retail currently owns and operates 97 market leading SPAR, EUROSPAR , and ViVO stores across Northern Ireland. Many of these are petrol forecourt sites, affiliated with the major oil brands. Henderson Retail is one of the top players in the UK independent market and Northern Ireland’s largest independent fuel site operator. The business continues to receive industry recognition for its achievements.
Henderson Retail Store Managers
Our Store Managers are dedicated SPAR and EUROSPAR brand ambassadors leading from the front and are accountable for the day-to-day running, management and performance of their store.
They take real pride in running outstanding stores, determined to turn every customer’s visit into a great experience, they uphold high standards while driving sales and managing costs. Leading from the front our Store Managers are able to build high performing teams from recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development.

Daily Deli Food-To-Go Team
Our busy Food-To-Go teams produce delicious hot and cold food within our fast-growing Daily Deli brand, situated across our store estate. Our teams are made up of Deli Assistants, Team Leaders and Deli Managers who prepare everything from scratch including sandwiches, salads, and curries to name just a few of our delicious offerings.
Our teams have overall responsibility for all aspects of their deli including sales, costs, waste and food safety. This enables them to grow within their role and further develop their business acumen.
