Henderson Retail Store Managers

Our Managers are dedicated SPAR and EUROSPAR brand ambassadors leading from the front and accountable for the day-to-day running, management and performance of the store.

They take real pride in running outstanding stores, determined to turn every customer’s visit into a great experience, they uphold high standards while driving sales and managing costs. Leading from the front our Store Managers are able to build a high performing teams from recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development.

Food-To-Go Team

Our busy Food-to-Go teams produce delicious hot and cold food within our fast-growing Daily Deli brand, situated across our store estate. Our teams made up of Deli Assistants, Team Leaders and Deli Managers prepare everything from scratch including sandwiches salads and curries to name just a few of our delicious offerings.

Our teams have overall responsibility for all aspects of their deli including sales, costs, waste and food safety. This enabling them to grow in their role and further develop their business acumen.
