Full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, working within Monday to Saturday, 6am to 6pm, with a degree of flexibility required.

A look into the role:

You’ll join our friendly team to deliver first class customer service, quality & presentation at the butchery counter, maintain great hygiene standards prepare a range of pre- packed products and preparing meat for display following company standards.  Duties of the role will include cutting and butchering of products to pre-set standards and you will ensure that all hygiene and cleanliness procedures are followed at all times adhering to HACCP. You will also work on the counter serving customers and delivering first class customer service.  Opportunities to progress within the Butchery Concessions within the company and great training will also be provided.

 

Skills for Success

 

    • You will have previous experience working within a butchery environment
    • You will have a strong knowledge of meat cuts and butchering techniques and an understanding of Food Safety regulations and practices
    • We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, attention to detail and an enthusiasm to help expand and develop our butchery offering.  
    • Candidates should hold a valid driving licence with access to transport, as travel to cover other counters within the Belfast/Carrick area will be required as part of the job role.
    • Candidates must be aged 18 years or above.

Working Hours  

A full-time position is available working 37.5 hours per week, working within Monday to Saturday, 6am to 6pm, with a degree of flexibility required. You will work 5 shifts per week.
