Customer Advisor – Spar Banbridge, 23 Dromore Road, Banbridge, Co Down, BT32 4EB

Part time  position working from 16 hours per week Monday to Friday 4pm - midnight and Saturday and Sunday 6am - midnight.

Rate of Pay from £11.00 to £12.60 per hour (depending on your age) & Employee Discounts & Benefits

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

 

As Customer Advisor you will be required to:

 

  • Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner. 
  • Ensure that stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
  • Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales. 
  • Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label. 
  • To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
  • Post Office duties will be required as part of this role.
  • Any other duties as required for the role.   

 

 Skills for Success 

  • Don’t worry if you have no previous retail experience, we’ll provide you with all the right training.

Working hours

Part time permanent position working 16 hours per week Monday to Friday 4pm - midnight and Saturday and Sunday 6am - midnight.
