File Maintenance Clerk - SPAR MOYGASHEL
£12.25 per hour & Benefits   

Part-time position is available at 25 hours per week, working within the hours of Monday to Saturday 7am to 6pm with a degree of flexibility required.Position will involve working 5 x 5 hr shifts throughout the week.

Please note, occasional weekend availability will be expected.

A look into the role  You will ensure the effective and efficient maintenance of all daily paperwork and appropriate records with the store, as well as ensuring the store is compliant with all company and legislative regulations.  

 

As File Maintenance Clerk you will be required to; 

  • Serve customers at the tills according to the company procedures on customer satisfaction. 
  • Amend and maintain product details, printing product prices and displaying throughout shop floor. 
  • Carry out shelf price auditing in accordance with Trading Standards.   
  • Highlight promotion prices by displaying pricing materials throughout shop floor, date checking in line with company policy, scanning in deliveries and maintaining spreadsheets. 

 

Skills for Success 

•    Previous retail experience and a good standard of education. 
•    It would be desirable that candidates have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office package.

Working Hours
