The Role:
Part of the Henderson Group, we’re a leading all Ireland Foodservice distributor selling a total foodservice solution including ambient, chilled, frozen, fresh and non-food products to customers including hotels, restaurants, pubs, bakeries, cafes, schools, hospitals, nursing homes and retail sites. As an Administrator, you will:
• Work with both internal and external customers to resolve queries across departments;
• Input & process customer orders end to end, including invoicing;
• Operational Maintenance and Problem Solving;
• Ensure replenishments are processed in line with orders.
• Support the FLT/VNA/Picking team via radio channels, providing them with relevant and timely information.
• Investigate stock issues to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Oversee work tasks in the system, ensuring smooth workflow between Accord and Medea systems, and preventing any backlogs.
Skills for Success:
Joining us as an Administrator, the minimum criteria you’ll need is:
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent);
• 1-Years’ experience with Warehouse Management Systems;
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office including MS Word and Excel.
To ensure compliance with relevant legislation relating to nightshift working, applicants for this campaign must be aged 18 or over.
The attributes you’ll need include:
• Competent in IT
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
It would be desirable if you had:
• A third level qualification in a relevant subject.
• Experience working with Accord or Medea (WMS)

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week. Working hours will be Monday-Friday 7pm-3am (Job to Finish).
